“Kalbin Dinlensin/ Resting Heart”, is an online self discovery and inner strength development program of 12 sessions. The flow of theory and practice is based on self-compassion and mindful awareness for adults. Relaxing the body, regulating the nervous system, learning mindful self-compassion skills, deepening the savoring and gratitude in life are foundations of the course.
Participants start with sensory awareness, breath & body awareness and the course weaves the curriculum towards meaning making, insight and pro-social behavior development as well as acceptance practices.
