At K-Institute our focus is to design and develop anti-vibration components for any demanding application in Defense & Aviation, Railway, and Automotive Industries. We use state of art engineering tools and our experience in vibration management to design and develop robust components to meet standards defined by customers. Our main strategy is to create our own intellectual property (Custom designed Antivibration and Shock Isolators) and supply these properties to our customers under our control and responsibility.

Defense & Aviation:

K-Institute exclusively gained expertise in the design and development of anti-vibration and shock isolators for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV). Our products have proven their reliability after having successful thousands of hours in validation tests carried out in air and on the ground.

Railway:

The bogies of vehicles need both high performance and long-life components for their suspension systems. We supply primary suspension mounts, center pivot mounts, engine mounts and torsional bearings for Metro Vehicle bogies with a minimum service life guarantee of 8 years.

Automotive:

In the axle and suspension systems of passenger and commercial vehicles, there are hundreds of flexible components like, wishbone bushes, engine mounts, stabilizer bar bushings, torsional vibration dampers, etc. For any custom need, K-Institute is able to design and develop such components according to the demanding specifications set by Automotive Industry.
