JITECH

JITECH is a structural steel detailing and digital fabrication workflow partner. We help fabricators and contractors turn structural designs into fabrication-ready deliverables by producing coordinated 3D models, shop/erection drawings, and CNC data outputs—optimized for automated fabrication shops. We also support connection design and delegated design scopes (as assigned by the EOR/contract), delivering calculations, sketches, and design packages that integrate cleanly into the detailing + fabrication workflow. JITECH also offers integrated project delivery (IPD) with our engineering and architectural partners.

We value diverse perspectives and encourage our team to think creatively, leading to unique and effective solutions. Our approach includes taking bold steps when needed, with our clients’ readiness to embrace innovative risks.

At JITECH, we believe in the importance of work-life balance for our employees. This approach ensures our team is always energetic and ready to tackle new challenges. We understand that overworked individuals can’t be as creative, so we promote a balanced lifestyle for better business outcomes.
