JG DRYWALL COMPANY INC

JG Drywall & Insulation Co. and Closet Pro have provided premier services in drywall installation in Pittsburgh, PA across Western Pennsylvania for more than 30 years. Throughout those 30 years, we have developed many trusted relationships with the most successful and well-respected developers in the Pittsburgh area. Also, we partner with leading suppliers for our projects to guarantee high-quality results.

Our company was founded in 1982 when owner John Golem began installing drywall in local residential and multi-family homes. With a focus on quality performance, a strong work ethic, customer service, and a personal drive to employ the best of the best in the industry, his business began to grow.

In 1994, JG Drywall added an insulation division, installing batt and blown-in foam insulation in Pittsburgh, PA. Then in 2006, John Golem purchased Closet Pro and began providing mirrors, shower doors, bath accessories, and custom closets in Pittsburgh under the Closet Pro name as a division of JG Drywall. In addition to these product lines, JG Drywall sells and installs fireplaces, garage doors, and waterproofing, giving us a well-rounded list of services for area builders and homeowners.

As JG Drywall grew, so did John’s family. Today, the business is a multi-generational family business with John’s daughters joining the company. The family business structure of JG Drywall aligns with the values that John has integrated into his company for years: integrity, loyalty, strong relationship building, and unbeatable customer service for foam insulation, drywall installation, and custom closets in Pittsburgh.
