The Issuer Software Suite covered the full lifecycle of an exotics trading book — from payoff design and firm pricing, through day-1 hedging, to ongoing risk management.
Outcome: IVM’s technology enabled regional banks to compete directly with global investment banks and scale to multi-billion-dollar issuance volumes.
The software suite comprised the following solutions:
• Investor Structured Notes – equity-linked yield enhancement and participation notes issued under the bank’s own paper.
• Hedging Solutions – bespoke OTC FX and commodity structured derivatives for large corporate clients.
