La nostra storia inizia nel 1947 con Giuseppe e Fiorentina con la produzione di pasta fresca completamente a mano.
Tutto si svolge in una piccola bottega a Caraglio, un piccolo paese della provincia Granda in Piemonte.
Nel 1962 diventa operativo il primo impianto per la produzione di ravioli e tortellini.
Ha inizio così l’evoluzione tecnologica della nostra realtà, ma la nostra filosofia è rimasta la stessa: dedicarsi all’azienda con la dedizione e la passione dei nostri fondatori, scegliendo di utilizzare esclusivamente materie prime naturali e genuine per mantenere inalterati “I sapori di una volta”.
