Ironmongery Specification Services Sub-Saharan Africa

Ironmongery Specification Services - SSA is a specialist consultancy focused on providing accurate, project-ready Architectural Ironmongery Schedules and Product Specifications to design professionals in Sub-Saharan Africa.

We partner with various distributors to offer solutions to Architects, Developers, Quantity Surveyors, and even Contractors to ensure every door on a project meets the required functionality, compliance, security, and aesthetic standards.

With deep industry knowledge and brand-agnostic expertise, we evaluate project requirements and develop complete ironmongery schedules, including hardware selection, certification compatibility, fire-rating alignment, and even access-control integration.

Our goal is to remove uncertainty, reduce procurement delays, and support smooth project delivery from design through to installation. Whether you’re working on Commercial Buildings, Healthcare, Hospitality, Student Accommodation, Residential Developments, or Specialized Facilities (like psychiatric patient areas or data centers), Ironmongery Specification Services-SSA ensures the correct hardware is selected the first time — with full technical documentation to support tender, approval, and procurement.

We don’t sell products. We sell certainty.

NOTE: We are Guild of Architectural Ironmongers (GAI) qualified professionals, so you will be working with professionals that are fully up to date with the latest European legislation, industry standards and products.
