İntrotema Agency

İntrotema Agency, founded in 2018 and headquartered in İstanbul, is an international rights and translation agency connecting publishers, authors, and institutions across 87 countries. With 194 publishers from 45 countries and a catalogue of over 6,000 titles, we focus on building meaningful global partnerships and expanding the reach of literature beyond borders. Our translation network includes 200+ translators working across 23 languages, with around 1,600 works successfully delivered—supporting both cultural exchange and publishing growth. We actively take part in nearly 100 international events and organize key industry platforms such as the İstanbul Publishing Fellowship Program, Astana Publishing Fellowship Program, and the International İstanbul Arabic Book Fair Rights Corner. With offices in Mexico, Germany, Türkiye, Algeria, Iran, Azerbaijan, Russia, and China, and the support of the Albayrak Group, we aim to strengthen global publishing connections—bringing Turkish literature to the world and international works to Türkiye.
