INTELYA srl

INTELYA was created to support companies in operational innovation through the review and automation of business processes. We combine experience, methodology, and technology to help organizations simplify workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and maximize productivity with tailor-made solutions adapted to each business ecosystem.

AI in Business Processes

In collaboration with @ASC27 srl, we guide companies in integrating Artificial Intelligence agents and models, designing solutions that automate repetitive tasks, enhance decision-making quality, and enable new forms of human-machine collaboration.

Thanks to our partnership with @ASC27, we have chosen and now offer integrated projects with Vitruvian: an advanced 14-billion-parameter AI model with evolved reasoning capabilities, designed to tackle complex challenges in an agile and efficient way, while complying with all European regulations.

The Intelya Method – A Tailored Approach to Change

Driving change in a company means much more than introducing new technologies: it means guiding people, overcoming resistance, and building new processes together.

Our six-step method:

Listening and understanding – Analysis of the context and existing processes.

Mediation and engagement – We translate complexity into accessible language.

Tailored design – Each intervention is shaped around real needs.

Technology serving strategy – Tools come after the method.

Operational support – We work alongside teams in the field.

Continuous optimization – Improvement doesn’t stop at the first implementation.
