Incipio Group

Incipio Group was born out of a simple idea: transform the overlooked into the unforgettable. It started in 2015 with Pergola on the Roof, a temporary 800-capacity hideaway built on top of a BBC car park. Today our portfolio includes permanent landmark destinations like The Prince, Pergola on the Wharf, and The Libertine; each a testament to the belief that where people come together matters.

In 2026 Incipio is stepping into its next chapter; more permanent, more purposeful, and more ambitious than ever. With our flagship opening at Olympia, we’re continuing to create lasting destinations that bring people together in meaningful ways. As we look beyond London to new cities and global opportunities, our mission stays the same: to curate beautiful spaces with vibrant atmospheres for great times.
