Founded in 2001 to add value to the energy sector through the production of electrical transformer and panel components, İnci Endüstri is built on the principles of quality, reliability, and continuous improvement. Today, the company operates from its modern 13,000 m² facility located in the İMES Industrial Zone in Dilovası, Kocaeli.

The facility features an integrated production structure that includes machining, welded manufacturing, and painting departments. A wide range of materials—such as steel, copper, stainless steel, and aluminum—are processed using a 20-machine production line, ensuring high precision and flexible manufacturing capabilities. Dedicated aluminum and silver welding lines allow the company to respond quickly and effectively to diverse project requirements.

İnci Endüstri manufactures tanks and accessories for medium and large power transformers using 24 overhead cranes with lifting capacities of up to 60 tons. Welding operations—including MIG/MAG, submerged arc, TIG, stud, and laser welding—are carried out in compliance with EN, ASME, and AWS standards, with quality assured through non-destructive testing methods.
