IMPACTsci is a neurodivergent-led social enterprise based in Portugal, founded in 2022. We design learning tools, accessibility frameworks, and training programmes built on neuroscience, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and co-design with neurodivergent people.

Our team of full-time neurodivergent professionals works across research, education, training and inclusive design for clients and in European projects.

Neurodivergent researchers and learners shape what we build from the start. We develop bespoke courses and microcredentials, accessibility audit services, inclusive pedagogy training, and capacity-building programmes for educators and institutions. We also support organisations in applying for European funding, including Erasmus+ and Digital Europe.

We are official advisors to the European Council of Autistic People (EUCAP), members of the Institute of Neurodiversity, and co-founders of the Lusophone Alliance of Autistic People, established at the Global Disability Summit 2025. In Portugal, we deliver Inclusion & Diversity training for several public and private sectors. We work with municipalities, schools, universities, NGOs, and private organisations across Europe, supported by an advisory board of 20+ international neurodivergent experts.
