Both founders bring strong internal experience from Oniverse, where they initially worked as managers responsible for launching new markets and supporting global expansion before becoming independent entrepreneurs. Today, they rely on a network of highly qualified managers who ensure consistent operational excellence across all stores. Through ILT Group, this expertise is now focused on expanding Oniverse brands in Canada.
