As the Air Traffic Controllers and Other Transport Workers Union (HTKSEN), we are an independent, innovative, and dynamic non-governmental organization established to protect the rights of employees working in the transport sector—especially those at the heart of the aviation industry—and to align their working conditions with the requirements of our era and profession.

The sustainability of aviation safety and transportation infrastructure is only possible through the well-being, motivation, and high professional standards of the personnel managing these systems. With this awareness, we conduct a transparent and resolute union struggle to maximize the employee and social rights of all our members.
