Founded in 2007 in Istanbul, HPA is a manufacturer specializing in plastic extrusion and plastic-coated wire products for packaging, medical, cosmetic, agricultural, and industrial sectors. Building on the production culture of Hepka Kablo Ltd. (est. 1987), HPA combines experience, technical precision, and a modern corporate vision to deliver reliable and innovative solutions.

Our core product lines include Clipband (double-wire clips), Twist Ties (single-wire clips), Bantklips® and Bantklips Fix®, dip tubes for pumps and sprays, nose wires for masks (Fixmask®), and plastic-coated cable clips (Kabfix®). Every product is engineered with functional design, clean aesthetics, and consistent quality. All extrusion, cutting, and assembly processes take place in-house, ensuring full traceability and production control.

HPA exports to more than 30 countries, supplying to food and bakery packaging manufacturers, medical suppliers, and machine producers worldwide. Our products are compatible with major packaging systems such as HOBA, GHD Hartmann, and Comi Pak.
