Holistic Roadmap

Holistic Roadmap is more than just a brand; it’s a reflection of a personal recovery journey from bulimia and compulsive eating behaviors to healthy relationships with food, self, and others. This initiative embodies over 5 years of freedom from compulsions and obsessions, leading to a life that’s happier, healthier, and more fulfilling than anybody could have ever imagined. As the founder, Agness, a trainee Holistic Nutritionist, is deeply committed to sharing the transformative power of a holistic approach that integrates Body, Mind, and Spirit connection built on six aspects.
