HMG

HMG started operations in July 2014, specialised in advising insurance companies in the design and execution of healthcare programs to form an integral part of their total insurance product portfolio.

We provide a reliable, seamless and cost-efficient bridging among insurance companies, services providers and customers. We accomplish these by leveraging our in-depth understanding of the insurance company’s market positioning, product philosophy, customer experience and quality requirement. With the knowledge and goals, we have established an extensive network of quality healthcare providers and created a well-designed patient’s care interactions system – Medical Concierge®.

Our Medical Concierge Services covers local and overseas doctor referrals, in-patient medical advice/cancer second medical opinion, guarantee of payment, hospital admission accompanying services, medical transfer vehicle and day case endoscopy surgeries etc.
