1971 yilinda Göksever ÇATALCALI eski patronu Namik OGUL' un yaninda kazandigi ticari tecrübeyle HIZIR OTO' yu kurarak otomobil sektöründe hizmet vermeye baslamistir. Bu tecrübeyle ilerki yillarda 1984'de Inci Akü, 1986'da Pancar Su Motorlari, 1988'de Kumho Lastikleri, 1989'da Moskohiç Otomobilleri yetkili saticiligi ve Inci Akü Manisa Kazalari Bölge Distribütörlügü'nü alir.
Göksever ÇATALCALI, ogullari Yilmaz ve Yalçin' i yanina alma ihtiyacini duydugunda, yani 1992' de bir etiket degisikligine giderek "Hizir Otomotiv Tic. San. Ltd. Sti. ismini almistir.
Bundan sonra hizla büyüyerek, 1993 yilinda Mazda Yetkili Satis, Servis ve Yedek Parca Bayiligi, 1994 yilinda Inci Akü Manisa Kazalari Distribitörlügü, 1996 yilinda Akhisar-Izmir Yolu 7. km'deki Hizir Mazda Center, 1999 yilinda Akhisar Goodyear Yetkili Saticiligi'ni devreye sokmustur.
