Hiperlink was established in order to bring information resources and it is users together in the printed and electronic area by the experienced, expert librarians. It establishes and designs librarians and collections acting as a kind of professional institute for librarianship. Hiperlink owns Hiperkitap, the first and only Turkish e-book database in Turkey. Hiperlink has patnership with EBSCO and Hiperkitap is running on the EBSCOhost for 4 years. Hiperlink signed agreements with global company Elsevier - Knovel. The current situation of Hiperlink is in transition at the moment but it is soon to become global.

Hiperlink kütüphane kurar.
Kütüphanelere Türkiye’de yayınlanmış kitap, dvd ve e-bilgi kaynaklarını sağlar. Bilgi kaynaklarını kütüphanenin isteği doğrultusunda rafa ve kullanıma hazır şekilde sunar. Hiperlink bir bilgi belge enstitüsü anlayışında ve kalitesinde hizmet vermektedir. Deneyimli ve uzman kütüphaneciler Hiperlink bünyesinde çalışmaktadırlar. Hiperlink, Türkiye’nin ilk ve tek Türkçe e-kitap veritabanı Hiperkitap’ın üreticisidir. EBSCO ile kurulan partnerlik sonucunda Hiperkitap'taki kitaplar 4 yıldır EBSCO üzerinden taranmaktadır. Ayrıca; Elsevier -Knovel mühendislik platformunun Türkiye ve bölge temsilcisidir.
Hiperlink doğası gereği gün geçtikçe gelişmekte ve küreselleşmekte, yerelden küresele entelektüel ve akademik katkı sağlamaktadır.
