Highfield

A global leader for qualifications, assessment, digital solutions, innovative products and customer service. At Highfield we effectively support the delivery of compliance, apprenticeship and work-based learning qualifications across multiple sectors. Our vision is to set the global standard for listening and responding.

Highfield is made up of Highfield Qualifications, Highfield Products, Highfield e-learning, Highfield Assessment and Highfield International. We currently have offices in Doncaster, Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Our blended-learning solutions cover multiple subject areas, including retail, logistics, health and social care, security, licensing, health and safety, customer service, food safety and many more. Over 40,000 trainers and training centres deliver our qualifications across 30 countries, with millions of learners using our materials and e-learning every year.

Highfield is a family-run business, employing a workforce of around 250 team members, including subject matter experts, qualification and product managers, and e-learning developers. We pride ourselves on our commitment to our four core values of quality, value, service and integrity. We believe that we owe our success to these values, which have allowed us to win national awards and become one of the UK’s largest awarding organisations.

We are further diversifying our business as an all-in-one assessment support organisation, offering independent end-point assessments, support for trailblazers developing apprenticeship standards and self-assessment tools for learners. In addition to this we have also entered the children’s book market, writing and publishing safety-inspired story books.
