Henry Martin Group

Henry Martin Group was established as we sought to create a business that has ambition and desire to do things slightly differently. We value the importance of providing a high-level, consultative service, working in close collaboration with both candidates and clients alike. Our approach is simple. To provide a professional, yet personable and reliable service.

Our philosophy is to deliver a comprehensive service built upon integrity, hard work and to have the full understanding of both our clients’ and candidates’ needs at the forefront at all times. We recognise that businesses and people alike are diverse and we appreciate the importance of being a recruitment partner, who can offer a tailored approach to ensure we deliver, no matter the circumstances!

At Henry Martin, we value client and candidate relationships equally. We take the time to meet with, to listen to and to understand our clients’ businesses, specific recruitment needs and our candidates’ career aspirations.

Our team has over 20 years’ experience working exclusively within the construction industry. We are experts in our chosen field and have formed relationships with the industry’s leading businesses and talent.
