Heliner

Heliner is a New Zealand machine engineering company based in Wellington. We supply, integrate and install CNC machines, laser systems and production automation for manufacturers across New Zealand.

What we do

• Heliner CNC routers: our own range of 16 models, designed by Heliner with final assembly in Wellington. Nesting, 4-axis, 5-axis and automatic tool change machines from 1300 x 2500 mm, with Syntec, OSAI or Heliner MDRCNC control.

• CNC and laser machines: fiber laser cutters, CO2 laser cutters and engravers, laser markers, digital knife cutters and panel processing machines, set up to meet Australian/New Zealand and CE safety requirements and configured for each customer's work.

• Robotic and production automation: we design, integrate and install robot cells and automated lines, including laser welding, vision-guided palletising, panel processing, and bagging and palletising systems.

Not tied to one robot brand We are not an agent for any robot maker. We integrate whichever platform suits the job, including ABB, KUKA, Estun, Han's Robot and AUBO, with Syntec and Delta controls.

Installed on your site, anywhere in New Zealand Large machines often won't fit in a shipping container fully built, so they ship in sections. Our own team assembles, integrates and commissions them on your site, then trains your operators on your own jobs so you're in production from day one. We install and service machines anywhere in New Zealand, including Auckland and Christchurch.

Support after installation We provide repairs, preventive maintenance, spare parts and ongoing technical advice for the machines we supply.
