Türkiye Sağlık Endüstrisi İşverenleri Sendikası, Tıbbi Cihaz sektöründe hizmet vermekte olan şirketlerin verimli ve sürdürülebilir bir ilerleme ortamında gelişmesini desteklemek ve ulusal sağlık politikalarının belirlenmesinde sektörün temsilciliğini üstlenmek amacıyla 1 Mayıs 2003 tarihinde Ankara’da kurulmuştur. İlk genel kurulunda alınan kararlar ile TISK’ e üye olan ve “Türkiye” adını kullanma iznini alan “SEİS”, Sendikalar Kanunu hükümlerine göre kurulmuş ve Sağlık Endüstrisi alanında yer alan firmaların işveren sıfatı ile üye olabilecekleri, ülke çapında faaliyet gösteren bir işveren sendikasıdır.
