Health & Beyond (1364177-U), otherwise known as H&B, is a state-of-the-art Integrated Wellness Centre (IWC) founded by a group of experienced and dedicated professionals with the aim of providing integrated health and wellness services as well as natural treatment modalities for the total health and well-being of people from all walks of life.
Integrated Wellness (IW) is one of the most comprehensive forms of healthcare as it involves preaching, practicing, and providing total healthcare solutions. It integrates the wisdom of traditional medicine; such as Ayurveda and Yoga; with advanced and modern healthcare modalities. This scientific, yet holistic natural approach, allows us to precisely diagnose a condition and treat it naturally by focusing on ‘wellness’ rather than solely focusing on “illness”. Thus, we not only treat but help patients stay healthy and well.
At H&B, we offer a complete range of integrated wellness treatment modalities such as Ayurvedic treatments, detox programs, Yoga classes, Pranic Healing sessions, and Reiki sessions alongside other unique healthy lifestyle concepts such as our Healthy Juice Bar & Green Café.
