Hukukçular Derneği, 1970 yılında İstanbul’da kurulmuştur. Türkiye’nin en eski ve en büyük hukuk derneğidir. Dernek merkezi İstanbul Merkez Taksim’de bulunmaktadır. Hukukçular Derneği’nin üyelerinin tümü hukukçu olup yaklaşık 2.000 üyesi bulunmaktadır. Üyeleri içerisinde meclis başkanlığı ya da bakanlık yapmış ve halen bu görevlerini icra eden hukukçular, milletvekilleri, öğretim üyeleri ve avukatlar bulunmaktadır.
