HD Kauçuk, today's stop of a journey that started its journey in the automotive sector in Izmir in 1959, has become a brand that directs the sector with the production of rubber and metal suspension spare parts in the heavy vehicle and trailer group. In 2011, we moved our facilities to Denizli with an annual production capacity of 4.000 tons on an area of 20.000m².

Our strength is the combination of a wide range of products with the reliable service understanding of our young and dynamic staff. The harmonious dance of rubber and metal creates the different and high quality products of HD Rubber. While always keeping customer satisfaction as our priority, we value not only our customers, but also our environment and future generations.

We design our own molds in our own design center using flow simulation programs and 3D drawing techniques. Our design center, which has been approved by the Ministry of Industry and Trade since 2017, has also developed zinc phosphate and chemosil paint lines with robotic technologies brought by Industry 4.0.

With the belief that quality is not a choice but a necessity, we deliver our products to our customers at the lowest cost and on time by fully implementing IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality management standards.

While we started our export journey in 1983, today we serve in 7 continents and 72 countries. While HD Kauçuk makes a significant contribution to the national economy, we are proud of the success we have achieved in this process.
