HBD

HBD, part of Henry Boot is one of the UK’s most active and well respected property developers. Our award winning team has been transforming the future for decades through diverse projects across the country, while always putting people first. From industrial and logistics solutions to residential and urban development spaces, we pride ourselves on creating and working alongside our communities.

HBD brings buildings to life, empowers people, and helps businesses thrive by always doing the right thing and being open to change. These principles have earned us a reputation that reflects the ethos of our parent company, Henry Boot. Each of us is committed to creating impactful, sustainable places that contribute positively to society.

Central to our mission is our pride in our people and our commitment to collaboration. A keen collaborator, HBD often partners with public and private sector organisations to deliver its projects, ensuring we stay true to our core values every step of the way. We believe the best results come from positive working relationships and open communication, which is why many of our projects are partnerships. Our biggest success stories aren’t ours alone, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
