Hawthorn Estates Ltd

We started as a Facilities Management company. Now we are a Facilities Management and Construction company with our sister businesses Sympathetic Works (which deals with heritage building and skills) and Hawthorn Design Partnership.

What does this mean for you?

It means that we can provide you with more of a personal touch so that your Property can be given needed attention at a time when it is free from customers and vehicles.

“This is more than ‘just another job’ to us; our company is us”.

We also provide teams for specialised areas of your site.

“Our staff notifies us when there is a problem on-site, saving your time spent on-site visits.”

Our staff are not only trained to fulfil the job requirements but also to be proactive. They notify us of any on-site problem, keeping you updated with site matters and saving you time on-site visits. This helps you instruct us, or another company, to do the required tasks quickly so that we can avoid any further damage and/or hazard. In addition, we look over all work done regularly, keeping you informed by letter, email or telephone.

We deal with all aspects of property and site maintenance with a dedication to quality, client satisfaction and value.

With a proactive approach, we take the stress out of site maintenance by offering a range of services, which include -

Surveying, refurbishments, architectural design, facilities management, landscape maintenance, interior services, new and vacated unit cleaning, gritting, snow shifting, skips, abandoned vehicle removal and much more.
