Firmamız, 1975 yılında PAŞALAR DİŞLİ SANAYİ ismiyle, Karatay Sanayi Sitesinde kurulmuş olup, 2000 yılından itibaren HATVE DİŞLİ SANAYİ ismiyle Büsan Özel Organize Sanayi Bölgesindeki fabrikasına taşınmıştır. 2019 yılından itibaren ise Büsan Özel Organize Sanayi Bölgesin de HATVEMAK markası ile faaliyetini sürdürmektedir. Firmamızın imalat konuları arasında, hafif ticari araçlar (kamyonet, minibüs, midibüs), ticari araçlar (kamyon, otobüs), otomobiller, traktörler, iş makinaları, tarım makinaları için spiral - hypoid difransiyel ayna mahruti dişlileri, düz helis dişliler, istavroz dişlileri, istavroz taşıyıcı kutular, arka aks milleri, mahruti flanşları, tarım makineleri için komple şanzımanlar bulunmaktadır. Üretimi CNC işleme makinaları ve dişli açma makinalarıyla gerçekleştirmektedir. Üretilmekte olan mamüllerin % 60 'ı ihraç edilmekte ; % 40 'ı ise iç piyasaya pazarlanmaktadır.
