Harwood Private Capital (“HPC”) provides flexible debt and equity-type capital to companies in the UK and Europe with EBIT between £2 million and £10 million (eqv).
Complementing the existing listed and private equity strategies, HPC is the private capital arm of Harwood Capital Management group*, a leading UK investor in small and lower mid-market businesses with £1bn of capital under management.
We have a flexible mandate to provide £5 million to £20 million (eqv.) across the capital structure from unitranche loans and subordinated debt to preferred or minority equity.
We back family, entrepreneur and management owned businesses looking for capital to facilitate expansion, refinancing, acquisitions, shareholder buyouts and restructuring. Our capital is used as an alternative to conventional bank financing and control private equity.
