Hartek was founded as a family business in 2001, with experience in diamond cutter manufacturing since 1992 and industry experience from the 1970s.

With its existing production facilities in Istanbul, Bilecik and Afyon, it produces diamond cutting-processing tools and equipment for the natural stone, construction and metal industries.

Hartek has been recognized as a reliable international solution partner in Europe and the Middle East for many years. In addition, in order to serve the North and South American markets, Hartek LLC was established in the state of New Jersey as the headquarters of Hartek in the United States in 2017.

Hartek is the industry's leading company in emerging multi-cut wires. It is the only Turkish company that produces Plastic Coated MultiWire up to 4.3 mm diamond bead diameter. The company has permanent R&D collaborations with Turkey's best-known technical universities and academic institutions. It allocates a significant budget to R&D studies.
