We specialize in the development and manufacturing of advanced components and systems for buses and commercial vehicles, delivering high-quality, reliable, and innovative solutions while contributing to HAPPICH’s global strength.

Our expertise spans a broad portfolio of product groups, including bus and commercial vehicle air ducts, interior lighting systems, emergency exit solutions, vehicle step lighting, door locking systems, thermoforming and plastic part solutions, interior acoustic solutions, passenger boarding products, and fabric covering for interior side panels and roof panels. Supported by strong engineering, design, and R&D capabilities, we collaborate closely with our partners to deliver tailored solutions that meet OEM standards and project-specific requirements.

Founded on April 1, 2023, in Adana, Türkiye, our company has rapidly expanded its production capacity and operational capabilities. Today, we continue our manufacturing activities through two production facilities, ensuring flexibility, efficiency, and consistent quality across all processes.
