Founded in 1996, Hannover Fairs Turkey Fuarcılık A.Ş. (HFT), as the Turkish subsidiary of Deutsche Messe AG—one of the world’s leading trade fair companies—is responsible for the planning, organization, and implementation of trade fairs held in Türkiye under the Deutsche Messe AG brand. Together with its business partners, HFT organizes approximately 10 trade fairs annually in Türkiye, with a portfolio largely focused on the manufacturing industry. HFT also organizes participation from Türkiye in trade fairs held abroad by Deutsche Messe AG, bringing Turkish exporters and manufacturers together with international investors on global platforms.

Hannover Fairs MENA (HFT MENA) is a subsidiary of Hannover Fairs Turkey. As a strategic structure representing the strength of the Deutsche Messe AG brand in the Middle East and North Africa markets, it aims to develop regional partnerships, add value to the industrial ecosystem, and strengthen industry transformation-focused organizations.

Hannover Messe Sodeks Fuarcılık A.Ş. (HMSF) is a subsidiary of Hannover Fairs Turkey. It is responsible for the organization and sales of the ISK-SODEX fair held in Istanbul. Through its platform that brings together the HVAC&R sector on an international scale, it contributes to showcasing innovations, fostering business connections, and increasing export and market access opportunities.

Hannover Messe Ankiros Fuarcılık A.Ş. is a subsidiary of Hannover Fairs Turkey. It operates in the planning and organization of international specialized trade fairs for the metallurgy and foundry industries. The company was positioned within a partnership structure established in 2002 with Hannover Messe International, a subsidiary of Deutsche Messe AG. As of 2024, with Messe Düsseldorf holding a 50% stake, it continues its operations under an equal partnership between Messe Düsseldorf and Hannover Fairs Turkey.
