Haksan, otomotiv sektörüne kauçuk parça üretmek üzere 1988 yılında Bursa’da kurulmuştur.
Kompresyon Presleme yöntemi ile başlayan üretim serüveni, sektör değişimine paralel olarak gelişmiş ve günümüzde Kauçuk Elastomerden Enjeksiyon Pres, Ekstrüzyon profil ve Tekstil ile güçlendirilmiş Hortum parçaları ile otomotiv sektörünün yanı sıra beyaz eşya, inşaat, raylı sistem ve savunma sanayisi gibi alanlarda faaliyet gösterir hale gelmiştir.
Günümüzde Haksan, idari yönetimi Bursa olmak üzere Manisa ve Rusya merkezlerinden 450’ye yakın çalışanı ile müşterilerine hizmet vermektedir.
