Habro is a Danish real estate investment and asset management firm with offices in Copenhagen and London, specializing in prime property investments for institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.

Founded in Copenhagen in 1991, Habro began investing in the UK real estate market in 1999 and established its own property management company in 2006 in London’s Mayfair. Today, the firm manages a portfolio of more than 100 properties with a combined value of approximately DKK 9 billion across the UK and Denmark.

Based on decades of operation, Habro has built a strong position in the London market through local presence, long-term relationships, and hands-on expertise across investment, asset management, and property operations.

The firm focuses primarily on prime assets in central London, including West End, Midtown, and the City, with particular expertise in repositioning, retrofit, and energy optimisation of historic and complex buildings.
