GTP Tech Recruitment

GTP Tech is a specialist Microsoft technology recruitment consultancy. We help Microsoft Partners and the businesses they serve hire the technical, consulting and sales talent that drives real growth.

The best people in this market rarely apply to job ads and aren't available for long. That's why we headhunt directly rather than advertise. Our network is built on years of genuine relationships, not job boards.

We believe in quality over quantity. We don't send a stack of CVs and hope for the best. We take the time to understand each client's direction, culture and what "great" really looks like in the role. Then we screen thoroughly and present only the candidates we genuinely believe in. We represent every opportunity with care too, because strong candidates have choices and the right story makes all the difference.

It's an approach that keeps clients coming back. We're proud to have supported many Microsoft Partners year after year, including international partners we've worked with since 2022.

We're also proud to be part of the Microsoft community, not just recruiting from it. Our founder, Gemma Peck, co-founded the Norfolk Power Platform User Group, a finalist for Best User Group at the Microsoft Community UK Spotlight and Recognition Awards, and the East of England Power Platform Summit.

Where we help:

Dynamics 365: Business Central, Customer Engagement, Finance & Operations

Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI

AI & Cloud: Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, Azure

Technical, consulting, pre-sales, sales and leadership hires

Whether you're scaling a team, strengthening your employer brand or searching for a critical hire, we'd love to talk.
