GTI Brickwork Ltd is an established brickwork and stonework contractor supporting housebuilders and property developers across the Midlands and surrounding regions—from North London to Birmingham and Oxford to Cambridge.

Established in 2017, our team of more than 60 bricklayers delivers projects ranging from individual properties to large multi-unit residential developments and commercial schemes.

Our two core services are:

• Brickwork — complete brickwork packages, including the associated blockwork delivered as part of the same coordinated construction process.

• Stonework — standalone stonework packages delivered in accordance with project drawings, specifications and programme requirements.

We combine a substantial workforce with experienced site coordination, consistent workmanship and reliable programme delivery. Our teams focus on quality, health and safety, productive working relationships and clean, handover-ready finishes.

GTI is currently delivering brickwork packages as a subcontractor across active residential developments comprising more than 1,100 homes in total, including St Michael’s Park (Phases 2A and 3A/4A) and Hampton Water for Morris Homes, and Hunsbury Grange (Phases 1B, 2C and 3B) and The Orchards for Shelbourne Estates.

GTI Brickwork was named Morris Homes Midlands Contractor of the Year in 2021, recognising the quality and consistency of our delivery.
