Le Groupe ECOMED est un holding marocain créé par 2 sociétés américaines EDGEBORO INTERNATIONAL Inc. (EII) et GLOBAL ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY, Inc. (GESI). Ce Groupe est spécialisé dans la gestion des déchets solides plus particulièrement dans le domaine du traitement et de la valorisation des déchets solides. Implanté au Maroc depuis une douzaine d’années.
Le Groupe ECOMED est la première Société privée au Maroc spécialisée dans la construction et l'exploitation des décharges contrôlées.
