Grindballs

Grindballs is a Turkish brand with more than 20 years of experience specializing in the production of high wear-resistant steel grinding balls and grinding rods required by the mining industry.

Since its establishment, its primary goal has been to develop products that increase grinding efficiency, optimize energy consumption, and provide long-lasting performance. With modern production lines, fully automated heat treatment furnaces, and precise hardness control systems, it has an annual production capacity exceeding 60,000 tons (subject to revision).

Its product portfolio includes the Ballex series, which covers steel balls ranging from 16 mm to 140 mm in diameter, and Barex grinding rods, which are produced in various chemical compositions, diameters, and lengths according to customer requirements. All products are certified according to EN 10204 3.1 standards and undergo quality control processes such as spectrometric analysis, microstructure inspection, and hardness testing.

Grindballs not only supplies products but also provides process optimization support services. It develops engineering solutions to reduce grinding ball consumption rates and improve mill performance.
