Green AI: Boğaziçi Chapter

Green AI Boğaziçi Chapter is the official campus chapter of the Green AI Institute, uniting students who are passionate about the intersection of artificial intelligence and sustainability. Our mission is to inspire and empower the next generation of innovators to explore how emerging technologies can be applied to today’s most pressing environmental and social challenges.

Through workshops, research-driven discussions, and collaborative projects, we promote awareness of sustainable AI practices while fostering a community committed to ethical innovation. Based at Boğaziçi University in Istanbul, our chapter serves as a bridge between academia, industry, and civil society, connecting local initiatives with global perspectives.

We believe that AI can become a powerful driver of positive change — for people, for the planet, and for future generations.
