Greatrex Counselling

Scott Greatrex Counselling provides confidential one-to-one counselling for adults experiencing stress, anxiety, burnout, grief and loss, relationship difficulties and significant life changes.

Scott is a Registered Counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and holds a Diploma of Counselling, with advanced study in Mindfulness-Based Therapies, Grief and Loss Counselling, and Relationship Counselling and Conflict Resolution.

Scott has a particular interest in men’s mental health, supporting men who may be dealing with work and financial pressure, relationship difficulties, grief, anger, stress or simply feeling overwhelmed by what life is asking of them.

Counselling is person-centred, practical and non-judgemental, providing space to talk openly, better understand what is happening and work towards meaningful change.

Before becoming a counsellor, Scott spent more than 20 years in senior roles across banking, finance and business. This experience gives him an understanding of the pressures that can come with responsibility, work, financial uncertainty and being the person others depend on.

Areas of counselling include:

* Men’s mental health

* Stress, anxiety and burnout

* Grief and loss

* Relationship difficulties

* Anger and emotional withdrawal

* Workplace and financial stress

* Significant life changes

Scott Greatrex Counselling is based in Norwood, Adelaide, with in-person and online counselling available.
