Gotham Psychotherapy

Gotham Psychotherapy is a New York City–based private group psychotherapy practice providing high-quality outpatient mental health care through integrative, evidence-informed treatment from offices in the Chrysler and Chanin Buildings, and via telehealth across six states.

We work with a broad spectrum of patients, from mild to severe psychopathology, and collaborate with experienced psychiatrists when medication management supports treatment objectives. Our coordinated group practice model allows patients to receive continuous, comprehensive care within one clinical organization as their treatment needs evolve.

Our clinicians provide treatment across areas including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions. New patients may contact the practice directly to discuss clinical fit, availability, and scheduling options.

Gotham maintains an active Internship Program providing graduate-level students in mental health counseling and clinical social work with supervised experience within an active outpatient group practice environment. This training model supports the development of future clinicians while maintaining continuity of care for patients.

At Gotham Psychotherapy, our care extends beyond our practice. Through our commitment to global responsibility, we support the United Nations World Food Programme, helping provide life sustaining food assistance to vulnerable communities and uphold human dignity around the world.
