GoTeam

GoTeam is a Results Enablement Organization with an AI-first approach company located in the heart of Cebu City, Philippines. We believe that the combination of people and technology is the key to leveraging future results.

Founded as GO Virtual Assistants (GO-VA) Inc., GoTeam has risen to prominence through its commitment to providing virtual assistant services to growth-stage businesses across the globe, including the United States, Australia, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and Canada.

Driven by our mission to help businesses to scale and its people exceed, we are passionate about aligning the right people with the right technology to solve real problems. We find the top talent in the field so that all business owners can have the opportunity to outsource tasks effectively—without the high costs of setting up a business abroad or the loss of control that full outsourcing triggers.

We have grown and gained depth since then. We are accountants, software developers, admin gurus, operations ninjas, 3D drafters, engineers, leaders, parents, visionaries, executors, and results winners.

Drawing upon Fiona's 20+ years of recruitment expertise and her dedicated focus on cultivating the right culture, our team and the businesses we assist directly reap the rewards. This is seamlessly complemented by Matt's background as an execution practice leader at FranklinCovey, a renowned global authority in strategy and execution consultancy, plus his obsession with technology.

What this creates is an actively engaged, highly skilled team, consistently learning and delivering top-tier results. A team that will always go the extra mile to achieve extraordinary outcomes.

Indeed, we believe in being champions for creating remarkable progress.
