GoLean Health

Unlike other recruitment agencies, GoLean sources medical VAs worldwide, offering both English-speaking and native Spanish speakers.

Here’s how we approach hiring top-tier medical talent:

1. We only hire VAs who have a strong focus on healthcare and remote work experience. Choose GoLean and you get seasoned talent, not people who are fresh out of VA training.

2. Our search process starts with a customized job description that fits your exact needs. This ensures we find you the strongest match: experience, skills, and cultural fit.

3. We put a big emphasis on retention. Our process weeds out job hoppers. You’ll only work with people who historically stay long-term.

4. Moreover, you get 1-1 onboarding support. We’ll support you in making sure your VA is set up for success from Day 1. And finally,

5. We have a 30-day money-back guarantee in case you find yourself unhappy about your hire. (Although I’m pretty sure you won’t!)
