Global Turks Foundation

Global Turks Foundation is a social network of globally accomplished Turkish leaders, united by purpose.

Our goal is to foster collaboration, unity, and solidarity among global Turkish leaders, C-Level executives, and the wider talent-based community across the world, aiming to enhance their visibility, effectiveness, and impact on the international stage.

The Global Turks par Excellence Research — executed under the leadership of Ayşegül Dicle Aydın, in collaboration with AmCham Turkey and YASED— revealed a pressing need for a strong ecosystem to support Turkish talent abroad, strengthen professional networks, and amplify their global influence. This insight became the foundation of the Global Turks movement.

The purpose of the Global Turks Foundation is to establish and continually enhance such an ecosystem. In the long term, it aims to increase the visibility and influence of Turkish leaders on the global stage, contributing to greater international recognition of their success and strengthening Türkiye’s competitiveness. By connecting leaders, engaging their talents, and empowering their impact, the initiative fosters a dynamic ecosystem that drives lasting global influence.

Looking ahead, we are also establishing the Global Turks for Global Good Movement—a collective mission to contribute to the world and humanity.

This initiative provides a historic opportunity for leaders to become founding members of an epic “Türkiye Mission” and channel their influence towards solving global challenges, from access to clean water to tackling famine.

Global Turks is an independent, mission-driven social investment initiative free from ties to any institution, individual, political stance, or belief system.
