GKR International - Real Estate Talent Specialists

GKR International is a specialist real estate recruitment firm. We place mid to senior talent across the full property sector in the UK and internationally, with a dedicated resourcing function based in South Africa.

Founded in London in 2010, we have built deep relationships with some of the most respected property brands in the world. Today our team operates from offices in London and Edinburgh, and our South Africa resourcing capability extends our reach across borders, connecting leadership talent across the UK, USA, Europe, the UAE, and Singapore.

Executive search and retained assignments are where we do our best work. We partner with boards and leadership teams to identify and appoint directors, heads of function and C-suite executives across residential, commercial, investment and development. For clients with ongoing or high-volume hiring we also offer RPO, operating as an embedded partner rather than a transactional supplier. Beyond executive level, we place across management and mid-level roles where we can bring genuine sector knowledge to the brief.

Our clients range from ambitious independents to well known corporate and international agencies. Whatever the assignment, we take time to understand the business, its culture and what a successful appointment actually looks like before we put a single name forward. Candidates at every level receive a confidential, honest service with straightforward market advice.

GKR International is part of the Ingenia GP portfolio.
