Most of them are not stuck. They are doing well, and they want to move faster and with more certainty.

Two things happen when we sit down. They get understood properly, without having to explain the obvious parts first. And they find someone with enough experience to work on the actual problem with them. Holding both at the same time is the whole job.

I read a situation quickly. I can see how the work runs and what the people inside it are living through, at once. That is not a personality trait. It is where I come from: ten years inside companies, in operations and business excellence, before I moved to the human side of the same problems.

Training and facilitation, built around your material rather than a standard deck.

Talks on strategic decision making, intuitive intelligence, finding what you are actually good at, and what work is becoming.

Working under my own name since 2014, with companies in Turkey and abroad, and with people living across Europe and the US. Two books, a podcast in Turkish, and a habit of asking the question nobody put on the agenda.
