WHAT WE DO
Girls Inc. inspires all girls to be strong, smart, and bold. Each year, Girls Inc. Dallas provides over 4,500 underserved girls, ages 6-24, with life-changing experiences and solutions to the unique social, economic and gender barriers they face. Our comprehensive programming, known as The Girls Inc. Experience, builds the skills girls need to succeed in school and in college and careers.
WHO WE SERVE
Each year, Girls Inc. Dallas serves a diverse population of over 4,500 girls ages 6 to 24. Currently, 85% live in high need or under-resourced households.
WHERE WE WORK
We provide our programs at our South Dallas campus and our outreach programs at schools and partner organizations.
Our afterschool and summer programs take place at our South Dallas location.
Through our outreach programs, middle and high school girls participate in Girls Inc. programming that address their specific needs through partnerships with area school and community organizations. These programs are presented in one-time workshops or as integrated topics within a classroom curriculum.
