Gideon Group Realty

The Gideon Group® is a dual-focused brand built on excellence, integrity, and purpose. As a premier real estate team with Keller Williams Greater Downtown Chattanooga, we specialize in relocations, international buyers, and luxury homes across Tennessee and Georgia. Guided by the belief that luxury isn’t about where you live, but about why, we deliver concierge-style service tailored to each client’s unique journey.

Beyond real estate, The Gideon Group Coaching & Consulting empowers entrepreneurs, business leaders, and professionals through The Gideon Method, a framework rooted in ownership, responsibility, and abundance. With over 17 years in global sales, business development, and marketing, founder Michelle Johann brings a proven track record of cross-cultural leadership and mentorship.

At our core, we believe success is more than what you have, it’s what you do with it. Whether helping families find their next home or guiding entrepreneurs to scale with purpose, The Gideon Group is committed to creating value, building community, and inspiring growth that lasts.
