Life at Full Power

We’re all about helping Kiwi homes and businesses get more from their energy and more from life.

Every day, we provide smart, simple energy solutions to over 500,000 customers across Aotearoa, offering electricity, solar, gas, LPG, and internet plans tailored for homes, businesses, and EV drivers alike.

We're working toward a low-carbon future, and our Gen35 strategy is our bold commitment to getting us there. We are investing around $3 billion to build new renewable generation and storage, evolving our Huntly site to deliver up to 1,300 MW of flexible backup generation, and partnering with our customers to support their transition to cleaner energy.

But we’re more than just an energy company; we’re a people company. We’re proud to foster an inclusive, supportive workplace where diversity is celebrated and our teams are empowered. From pay and gender equity initiatives to wellness programmes, social events, and volunteer days, we’re creating a space where everyone can truly thrive.
